About Adrienne Longo | NJ Wedding & Portrait Photographer
I'm not a one-and-done kind of photography studio; I travel with you along your life journey.
NJ Photographer With 17 Years of Experience
I got into photography because of a chronological series of photo albums.
When my mother passed in 2001, the first thing I reached for wasn't jewelry or keepsakes. It was the albums. The physical, printed, hold-in-your-hands record of her life, us together... moments I had no idea would mean so much one day.
That experience is why I love this work and what it provides for you. Not just capturing moments, but building a legacy for someone to cherish.
I've been a professional photographer for 17 years. I founded Electric Love Studios in 2009 and have spent every year since refining what it means to deliver photography that actually matters. I hold a Fearless Award, editorial credits with CBS, Shape, and Men's Health, and I'm one of the only LGBTBE-certified photographers in New Jersey, meaning I'm not just an ally, I'm certified.
Every session, every wedding, every client; that's me behind the lens. You get my eye, my instincts, and my full attention every single time.
My studio is at 455 East Main Street in Denville, NJ; a space built for the full experience, including same-day viewing and ordering sessions so you don't have to wait weeks to fall in love with your images.
If you're looking for a photographer who will show up, stay present, and make photographs you'll still be reaching for decades from now, I'd love to talk.
Off camera, I'm doing CrossFit, enjoying a single malt scotch, building something in my studio that has absolutely no business being a DIY project, and showing up every Halloween as Hulk Hogan. I've been told these things are unrelated to photography. I completely disagree; they all contribute!
How a NJ Portrait Photographer Turns Camera-Shy Clients Into People Who Can't Stop Looking at Their Own Photos
Here's what most people don't realize until they're in it: a great photography session isn't something that happens to you. It's something that gets built in real time, by someone who knows exactly what they're doing.
I'm running at full speed behind the scenes. Reading the light, reading you, calling direction before you have time to feel awkward. Most clients walk in nervous and leave genuinely surprised by what they see... not because I worked them hard, but because they never had to think about it. I handled that part.
You just had to show up.
That's the experience I've spent 17 years building, not a session where you're squeezed through a checklist, but one where everything feels easy and the photos look like the best version of you actually exists, and I already knew where to find it.
I can't fully explain it except to say: I show up for you like it's the most important shoot of my life, because on your day, it is.
What to Expect from Your Photography Session at Electric Love Studios
Every session starts with a discovery call... not a sales pitch, a real conversation. I want to know what you're celebrating, what makes you nervous, what kind of photos make you think yes, that's it. From there, I build a plan around your needs.
On the day of the session, you show up. I handle everything else. The lighting, the direction, the energy in the room, the details you didn't even think to worry about. Whether it's catching a moment or making you laugh, I'll be ready. If you freeze up in front of the camera — which is extremely common and completely fine — I will get you out of your head within seconds, guaranteed.
After your session, we'll have a same-day reveal right here in the studio. You see your photos while the feeling is still fresh, choose your favorites, and we build your order together. No pressure, no rush. Snacks included, obviously.
Your finished artwork is handcrafted in Italy because you deserve products that will be passed on, not something that fades in five years.
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER
a closer look at THE PROFESSIONAL BEHIND THE LENS AND BEHIND THE SCENES
Seventeen years in, and I still get genuinely excited before every session. I'm a solo photographer, one person, fully invested in you... and that's intentional. You get my full attention, my full energy, and someone who actually cares about what you walk away with. Whether you're here for a wedding, a headshot, or a portrait that finally looks like the real you, the process will be easier and more fun than you're expecting. That's not a promise I make lightly. It's just what keeps happening for my clients.
Adrienne LONGO
owner | Photographer
Adrienne is a photographer with over 17 years of experience. She brings humor and life to a room, loves single malt scotch, DIY projects, and dresses up as Hulk Hogan every single Halloween. Fair warning: don't underestimate her one-armed pushup capacity.
Adrienne Longo has been a photographer for over 17 years, but if you ask her, she'll tell you the camera is just the excuse to connect with people. That's really what this is all about.
Her work has been featured in Shape Magazine, Men's Health, and CBS News — so yeah, she knows what she's doing behind the lens. But walk into a session with Adrienne and you're not going to feel like you're working with someone who's racking up press credits. You're going to feel like you're hanging out with your most creative, most hilarious friend who also happens to make you look incredible on camera.
She brings humor and life to every room she walks into. She loves single malt scotch, a good DIY project, and dresses up as Hulk Hogan every single Halloween without fail. Do not challenge her to a one-armed pushup contest unless you're ready to lose. She has 20 years of proof that she will win.
Adrienne photographs weddings, events, portraits, families, proposals, headshots, branding, maternity, newborns, pets, and commercial projects across New Jersey and the Tri-State Area. She's a Fearless Award-winning photographer, a certified LGBTQ+ owned business, and the kind of person who will make you feel like the most interesting subject she's ever photographed, because in that moment, you genuinely are.
She built Electric Love Studios at 455 East Main Street in Denville to be more than just a photography studio. It's a full experience. There's a meeting lounge, same-day viewing and ordering sessions, snacks and drinks, Italian-made wall art that will absolutely make your jaw drop, and a team that actually remembers your name and your story. The goal has never been a one-and-done shoot. Adrienne wants to travel with you through your life... the proposals, the babies, the rebrands, the milestone birthdays, all of it.
What she's found after 17 years is that the best photographs happen when people stop performing for the camera and just start being themselves. That's her whole job — making that feel easy. And honestly? She's really, really good at it.

The Electric Love Studios Photography Experience, Step by Step
DISCOVERY CALL
We get on a call, and I learn about you — what you're celebrating, what matters most, what kind of experience you're hoping for. We'll go over the process, pricing, and any questions you have. No pressure, no pitch.
SESSION SCHEDULED
Retainer submitted, contract signed, session locked in. I'll start prepping you immediately — what to wear, what to expect, how to show up ready to have a great time.
SESSION DAY
On the day of the session, I'm coaching you the whole time. I'm reading what's working, making micro-adjustments, keeping the energy moving, and finding the moments that are actually you. Most people walk in nervous and leave looking at their own photos in disbelief. That's the goal every single time.
REVEAL & ORDERING SESSION
We sit down together with drinks and snacks to go through your images while the experience is still fresh. You choose your favorites, and we build your order. Wall art, albums, prints. The real stuff.
DELIVERY
Your order comes directly to me. I inspect everything before it reaches you. I can deliver your artwork and even hang it — because getting it on the wall is the whole point.
"Her presence alone made the day more fun, relaxing, and just plain awesome. I felt like I knew her for ages." — Vanessa
"I was nervous going in. As soon as I stepped into the studio I was put totally at ease." — Karen Krents, comedian
